Welcome to All Care Companions Home Health Care

At All Care Companions, we offer compassionate home health care services tailored to your loved ones' needs. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing quality care and support in the comfort of their homes.

Individualized home supports (IHS)

  • IHS without training.
  • IHS with training.
  • IHS with family training.

 Individualized Home Supports (IHS) give you the informal guidance, training, and help you need to live on your own, with a roommate, or with family. Staff work with you to create a program that's tailored to your needs. So you can gain independence as you work toward your goals.

In-Home Family Support (IHFS)

IHFS is available for family members who have loved ones with developmental disabilities in their homes. We provide person-centered support to help the individuals achieve their personal goals.

Semi-Independent Living Skills (Sils)

SILS is provided to individuals who independently live on their own and need minor assistance in order to remain living independently. Our staff's main goal is to increase the individual's independency both at home and in the community.
