What is home care?

 We at All Care Companions know that some of the most valued people in our lives require special attention and dedicated care. From experience trying to provide that all by ourselves is certainly not easy. This is where we come in. All Care Companions assists those seeking care outside of the hospital setting. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality of care for those in need. We offer a wide range of services for every one of all ages. We want to be part of everyone's journey in overcoming difficulties and enjoying life to the fullest.

 Our Companions will help with certain household chores, such as laying out towels before a shower, but their primary purpose is to spend time with the patient. Having accompany and friendship is essentially to taking away loneliness and ensuring proper nutrition.

 Respite provided to a person in a licensed setting or unlicensed setting that is not the person’s home. This can include time spent in community locations used by the general public (e.g., malls, parks, libraries) while the person stays in a licensed or unlicensed setting that is not their home.

Our Caretaker provide endless errands such as, picking up prescriptions, grocery shopping, returning items especially clients with transportation problems. Our agency is committed for clients to enjoy time and spend it how they please. 

Meal Preparation

Caregivers prepare and encourage proper diet and nutrition based on each client’s individual needs. During our meal preparation service, we can:
 

  • Create meal plans
  • Prepare food for cooking
  • Cook or reheat meals
  • Do the dishes 
  • Clean and disinfect the kitchen

Individualized home supports (IHS)

  • IHS without training.
  • IHS with training.
  • IHS with family training.

 Individualized Home Supports (IHS) give you the informal guidance, training, and help you need to live on your own, with a roommate, or with family. Staff work with you to create a program that's tailored to your needs. So you can gain independence as you work toward your goals.

In-Home Family Support (IHFS)

IHFS is available for family members who have loved ones with developmental disabilities in their homes. We provide person-centered support to help the individuals achieve their personal goals.

Semi-Independent Living Skills (Sils)

SILS is provided to individuals who independently live on their own and need minor assistance in order to remain living independently. Our staff's main goal is to increase the individual's independency both at home and in the community.
